And the winner is... Botobolar!
Go Grazing, Mudgee's premier food and wine matching event was held in September. 14 wineries teamed up with local foodies to prepare tasty morsels and matching wines. We won the Critics Choice (with the help of supreme foodie Jacqui Wakely) with Pork Terrine on Cucumber with Botobolar Spiced Peaches (grown by KK!) matched to our new release Semillon... mmm yummy! The award winner is on the recipe page of course!
